During summer periods a wide variety of classes invites you to train and move with like-minded people on a daily basis. Some classes are more skill-oriented,

while others push abstract concepts like acrobatics and movement research. You won't miss your dose of playfulness in most of the classes.

Within the Ringstrength-class, we will focus on Strength using the gymnastic rings. Here we learn the proper way to handle the rings, as well as Muscle ups, forward rolls, frontlevers and everything you can possibly imagine. Open to all levels.

Individual approach for everybody

In a private session, the time is dedicated to you and your goals only. You decide if you want to train once per week, once per month, or for several hours on one day. I help to reclaim control and feel free and strong in a well-prepared body.
